Heidi Widoff, RDH, LMT, COM
Heidi Widoff is a highly experienced and certified orofacial myologist with over 30 years of practice as a dental hygienist, licensed in Florida, New York, and formerly in California. In 2006, she established her successful practice, Oral Facial Health Care, and earned her certification in orofacial myology in 2009. With a profound interest in breathing and sleep apnea, Heidi also obtained certifications in Buteyko and restorative breathing techniques.
Heidi has a rich history of teaching hands-on therapy with the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT) and has trained numerous dentists, ENT specialists, and oral surgeons on frenulum release tailored for myofunctional needs. Since 2015, she has been seamlessly incorporating craniosacral therapies into her practice, treating patients of all ages from infants to adults.
Dedicated to raising awareness about orofacial and myofunctional disorders and their health impacts, Heidi Widoff is committed to providing effective and holistic treatments. Her approach emphasizes establishing proper facial health care and offering her clients natural, non-invasive alternatives to surgery.
Heidi's ultimate mission is to train massage therapists and certified orofacial myologists (COMs) in her unique program, advancing the practice of clinical oral facial massage. Her goal is to equip professionals with the skills to deliver the same high standards and quality care she provides, empowering them to help clients achieve optimal health and relief from pain through holistic and natural therapies.
